I is a quite nice idea to have "theme" rooms. The sauna area was like an "indian camp" which I liked very much (only the design). Breakfast was ok, location again good and there was almost no noise coming from the streets.

First of all, there was a terrible smell in the room when I entered. Perhaps it was coming from the pipes as it was not used lately and after opening the windows for a couple of hours the smell was gone. Another negative thing was that there was no sauna-robe in the room so changing could only be possible down in the sauna area on the resting beds because there were no changing rooms as well. When asked (2 times), I was told by the receptionist (even by 2 receptionists) that the solarium is free of charge and does not need coins to operate it, but found that I had to pay for it and also needed coins. This was very unconfortable as I had to get dressed again and get back to the reception and ask for coins.So it is not free, you pay 2 EUR/coin/10min. WLAN is also not free, it costs 5 EUR/24h, which originally thought to be free but that might be my mistake that I misunderstood something.

the breakfast was plentiful - you breads, cheeses, meats but with cereals, hot food, and a great variety of juices, teas, and coffees. The dinner was amazing as well.

Don't forget to reserve tables for dinner and most especially breakfast as there isn't heaps of space. Most of the noise that woke us up was from slamming of doors, which shook the walls of the room, from midnight to three and starting at six in the morning. However I have found this is a European rudeness that is common and not really the hotel's fault.

Only a brief stay, unfortunately, but will certainly be returning. Lovely rooms, great food, friendly and welcoming staff. Did not see the sports equipment so cannot comment. 1st class, thank you

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Rolf who drives the shuttle to the airport. Very good breakfast too--I was especially impressed by a wide selection of loose leaf teas.

My only complaint was some noise coming from loud kids on the street outside...nothing the hotel could control.

The hotel was simply excellent: the room was beautiful, with everything just right. The breakfast wwas incredible and rivaled a much more expensive hotel I had just stayed at. I only wished I had stayed longer, as I didn't want to leave!

It was a longer walk than I had expected from the S-Bahn, but with a good weather and a roller suitcase, not too bad.
