Hotel Hastal Prague Old Town is a charming family orientated hotel, located in the centre of Prague, where you can enjoy the warm atmosphere of the recently restored Art Noveau hotel, surrounded by numerous Unesco Heritage listed buildings.
We provide a total of 31 large rooms. The magical aura and romantic atmosphere of Hastal Square and its adjoining streets create a silent retreat in the middle of a busy city centre.
Our hotel is also suitable for family gatherings like weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. The individual attention of our friendly and warm staff to each customer is according to the tradition of the Maceka family who has founded the hotel in 1912. I´ve just returned with my family from our trip to Prague. We really loved our stay in Hotel Hastal. The hotel has very convenient location, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are big and clean and we had a beautiful view of Old Town from the room window. The breakfast met my expectations. But what we loved most was the most helpful staff and the atmosphere of the beginning of the last century.

Everything was rather good. Polite and professional personnel, clean rooms, very-very convinient location and very nice view from the room.
Our room was on the 6th floor, almost on the roof and had small windows. I understand, that it was because of cheep price, but they have many rooms facing square. I would prefer to live there.
There was no parking place. About 500-600 m. from the hotel you can find shopping center and park your car there, but it is very expensive. So I would recommend this hotel for those who travel without car.

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Hastal. I was surprised to find such a nice and cosy hotel in the city centre. I had been to Prague before but I was mostly staying in one of those huge and very impersonal hotels. Hotel Hastal is completely different: though the staff is highly proffesional, they are always friendly, most helpful and nothing seemed to be a problem. The room was clean and I had an absolutely wonderful view of Old Town from my window. The hotel garden restaurant was a very nice place to sit and have business lunch in. The last but not least thing to mention is the reasonable price. I really do recommend Hotel Hastal to everyone who wants to spend a pleasant time in Prague in a hotel where they treat you like somebody special.

The hotel is situated on a nice and surprisingly quiet little square in the city centre. The room was quite big, clean and well furnished (very comfortable bed). The staff is professional and very helpful. I regret I stayed 1 night only and I think I will definitely come back.
