Our historical, family-run Hotel Halberstädter Hof is located in the middle of the historical Old Town of Halberstadt. It is set on the well-known Romantic Route (Straße der Romantik) and was built in 1662. Halberstadt is the fifth-largest town in Sachsen-Anhalt and is situated at the northern foothills of the Harz region.

The timber-framed construction of our hotel and its tranquil, rural setting offer you a uniquely relaxing atmosphere. The single and double rooms feature modern furnishings and are equipped with bathtub or shower, WC, hair-dryer, telephone and desk and some of them are provided with a mini-bar.

Our cosy restaurant serves regional and international specialities. It is perfectly suitable for celebrations of all kinds and offers space for 140 people. The beer garden is surrounded by greenery and has 40 seats. For seminars or vocational trainings there is a conference room for up to 30 participants at your disposal.

You may visit the Municipal Museum, take advantage of a wide range of theatre events at the Nordharzer Städtebundtheater, go for a walk in the Halberstadt Mountains which include the Spiegel, Klus and Theken Mountains and comprise a total area of some 1000 acres representing the largest connected recreation zone of the Harz foothills. Sports enthusiasts may make use of the sports and leisure centre, the football stadium and the riding centre with indoor riding arena.
