The room was wonderful. It was steps away from the Marktplatz and very warm during the butter cold winter. My favorite thing was the heater in the bathtoom was also a towwl rack so that you have toasty warm towels when you step out of the shower. The included breakfast is FABULOUS. Do not miss it. I love this hotel!
 
There was an odd smell in the hallway but it did not permeate the rooms.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect downtown/marketplace setting. Courteous, helpful staff. The attention to cleanliness/detail is remarkable. Beds are warm and cozy. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed, there is something for everyone and in abundant supply. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will return!
 
I hate the Euro! But that's not their fault!

We've stayed in many four star hotels throughout Europe, and this was by far our favorite. The location is ideal for both siteseeing and access to the train station. The staff is courteous, efficient, warm, and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast, in particular, was quite nice. It included a wide variety of dishes, including regional specialties.
