Maybe the girls from the reception desk should learn to use the booking tools in order to generate the receipt correctly.

* Budget hotel - value for money (price shown above is for 4 people)
* Accessibility - pretty close to the train line/station. Also walkable distance to the Rathaus.
* Not at all sound proof - could not sleep properly on some days due to the noise from outside (railway track cleaning/welding sound).
* Also please check the route in the map for navigation - Our taxi driver (using Navi) from Frankfurt airport came out of the Autobahn probably 1 exit early and got lost around the city center before reaching the hotel.

Der Saunabereich ist super und wirkt sehr neu. 7.OG mit Dachterasse und Fenster in der Sauna.
Eventuell kann es für manche ein wenig zu laut in den Zimmern sein. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Das Geräusch von der Strasse ist aber fast gar nicht auszumachen.

The breakfast and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located close to the Heilbronn downtown. Autobahn access is just 10 min with the car down the road.
At the beginning the room smelled a little like smoke, but that disapeared soon.

The confort rooms are very good, and the furnishment reduces the possible inter cultural concerns on the room significantly.
No WLAN or wired LAN access in the room.
Recently a lot of Hotels are introducing the high speed internet access, and I wish this Hotel will also introduce the capability soon (wired LAN is more preferrable because the guests doesn't need to have headaches with access strength, sensitivity of WLAN depends on the relation ship among location of room and antenna).
Parking cost 10EUR is bit expensive. Around 5EUR is understandable rate for Heilbronn and distance of the Hotel from the city center. Expect future discount...
