Hotel is almost in the heart of downtown. Very short distance to the metro and bus stations. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable.
Only flaw is that the hotel is in dire need of restorations and/or upgrades. Room has cracks in the walls and mold between the tiles in the bathroom. For the price per night you would expect a little more cleanliness.
