Very near to the railwway station,
although located at a busy street corner, the noise level is remarkable low (good isolated windows) -
really a good value for money (if you do not want to stay all the day in the room ...)
breakfast in the room probably not the most convenient solution, but acceptable

Place was clean and staff friendly.
The hotel front desk was only open until 10. We arrived before 10 but were told that we had to go to another hotel (sister hotel) since they were still open. Two of the beds were broken previously (signs of maintenance were apparent). During the first night they broke again, and even though it was noted they were not fixed. Since we were given a larger room then planned we had more then enough beds even with the broken ones.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told our room had plumbing problem and that they were moving us to another hotel. We told the reception staff that we booked the hotel because of its proximity to the bus station and did not want to stay in the other hotel which is further away. We refused their request and asked for a refund which they refused. Their whole attitude is very unhelpful, refusing to even call hotel.info. claiming that they did not have the number. When my partner went to report this to the police, they finally found us another room and offer us a bottle of champagne as compensation - all needless gesture if they have not caused such aggravation in the first place.

Very nice and clean rooms. Good location of the hotel, city center is in walking distance.
We had to leave at 8.00 am in the morning and at that time, no one was at the reception and also the breakfast room was closed (although breakfast was included). We tried to call the number at the reception but also no one answered. Very bad service in my opinion.

It is close to train, bus station, and taxis. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Rooms need fans when weather is warmer. It's a little difficult to get in and out on second floor.
There was so much construction going on in area. When all is done it will be better.

The room was clean and the staff were excellent. It is convenient to the train station.
All the rooms are on the second floor of the building. We needed the window open to cool the room which faced onto a busy street (and the railway tracks across the street), so there was considerable noise from trains, cars, and people walking to and from nearby bars.

Area is not most desirable. hotel is on 2nd floor of an apartment building, entrance to the hotel is not convenient, had to go through 3 doors with keys and sensors.

- outside is a big mess for parking
- no phones in the room
- outside and first floor are a bit dirty (doesn't seem to be a hotel at all, hotel is on second floor)
