We were nor informed after booking that the hotel would close over christmas and so guests had to leave saturday morning at 10 O´clock.

The loo in my room didn't flush. Luckily, there was a bathroom along the corridor. Also, I stayed in the residence part of the hotel where there is no reception which felt a little unsafe.
