The environment is very clean and staff very welcoming.

No electric jug in the hotel room for tea/coffee making. This could have made a big difference because Zurich was very cold for a visitor like me in December.

Even more quiet than expected (was there on a Sun. night--really appreciated the pizzeria being open on site as all other businesses were closed.) Needed a place close to the airport to stay one night--great transfer to airport for early am flight.

Very nice hotel, within easy walking distance from station and easy to reach Zurich city centre by train Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms (safe available which is a +) A nice Italian restaurant + pizzeria on-site. We tried both and thought them very good

Decent standard, one out of 2 helpful receptionists, close to the airport (with shuttle bus)

One pillow on my bed, old fashioned TV, one out of 2 receptionists seemed a bit unhelpful.

all was great. The pick up at the airport was very helpful and the proximitry to the rail station was good also. The receptionist helped get our e tickets lined up for flight

The computer for guests to use was not helpful. the "red dot" mouse did not respond.

after much research I chose the Fly away and was NOT disappointed. the staff were efficient and friendly - the pizzas delicious and the rooms perfectly clean and have all that you need. i will DEFINATELY be staying here again and can highly recommend it - it's the perfect size too - it has a very cosy feel about it - excellent!

We were pleasantly surprised. The room we had was very spacious and extremely neat and time. Although we had a room on the second floor, on the road side, we could hear no road noise at all. We will definately use the hotel again and not only for overnight stays but can recommend it for longer stays. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and the shuttle arrived on time and the staff were very efficient. We have not used any gym facilities and did not go to the breakfast room so we cannot comment on that.

When we checked in, the receptionist did not give us her undivided attention. She was talking to other staff while busy checking us in but overall she was friendly and provided us with all the information we required.

friendly staff, very clean, quiet, simple room with comfortable bed and good shower in toilet room which is ensuite.

italian restaurant at the hotel - they failed to serve a simple green salad, it was a plate of lettuce only with an unappealing pink salad dressing. I cannot comment on the other food as did not try it, since they failed on a salad.
