Excellent breakfast. The coffee machine at the breakfast buffet could have been much better. Then view over the square was magnificent.
I asked for a location of a nearest grocery store at the reception. They gave me a wrong direction and I had to look for the store quite while. I did finally found the store, though.

The hotel was well priced for the location and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. It is right next to a metro station and easy to travel anywhere from there to Lisbon and beyond on public transport. Beds very comfortable with crisp white sheets.
An odd situation occurred at breakfast on two days, where one member of staff was stopping guests entering the breakfast room saying it was full, when it was actually half empty. Free wi-fi is only available on the ground floor of the hotel.

The hotel is placed just in front of the metro marques de pombal;at the reception i found so kind people who gave me all information i needed;the room was clena with all the things you need.
the only bad thing i found was the temperature in room: even if i take at manimum or take off the airconditioning, i felt cold
