clean and modern room, free Pay-TV (Premeiere), quiet, just 5 min away from highway (Autobahn), very good breakfast, friendly staff, close to the Musical "Star Light Express"

location of the hotel not in the very inner city (not perfect for shopping, sightseeing etc.), although buses/tram station not fare away

Für einen kurzen Besuch in Bochum ist dieses Hotel ideal! Starlight-Express sowie das Stadion sind nur einen Steinwürf entfernt. Auch in die Innenstadt mit vielen zahlreichen Restaurants ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Selbst Sky-PayTV gibt es auf den Zimmern gratis.

Keinerlei Mangel festgestellt.

I have stayed at this hotel before and, therefore, did not look closely at the information. on the website. The rooms are very nicely decorated. It is good to have BBC World Service on the television system (many hotels in Bochum only have CNN). The reception is not continuously staffed. You have to remember to take your keys when leaving your room or you may be locked out and it may not be easy to get help if you do not speak German. It is very good value for money.
