Hotel Escale Oceania is a 3-star hotel, ideally located in Lorient’s city centre, on a quiet street a few steps from the Palais des Congres, the main theatre and the train station. This recently renovated establishment will welcome you in a friendly and professional manner. Lorient and its surrounding area, museums, sea trips and the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan are really worth seeing.

We provide a total of 32 rooms and all of them are equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a bat tub, a hair dryer, an air-conditioning, a trouser press, satellite TV, a telephone, an internet access, a radio and a desk. Rooms for non-smokers and for disabled people are also available.

Unfortunately, we do not have a proper restaurant, but if you wish, we can recommend some good ones, which are situated nearby the hotel.

The Isle of Groix is 1 of the must-see places in the Lorient Country. Spend a day on a bicycle, go for a ride around this island of untamed landscapes and enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches. Enjoy a 10 minute boat trip that will take you to the Citadel of Port Louis and visit the Museum of la Compagnie des Indes to learn about the commercial and cultural exchanges with the Orient.
