A very warm welcome at the hotel and continued friendliness during the course of our stay. Convenient location for getting tram to the Friedhof and, if you don't mind walking a little, some good restaurants within easy striking distance (Restaurant Sperl & Gasthaus Ubl were both very nice traditional eateries). About a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and main shopping area. Opera, Hofburg & Belvedere slightly nearer. Would stay again.
 
Hotel room to the front of the building had some noise of trams, but it wasn't anything to keep us awake.

the park garage was not belongs to hotel and was very expensive 21€/night and 150m far from hotel

We arrived the hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was clean and large and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was superb. We enjoyed the staff and our stay at this hotel. Thank you

Great find for an expensive city; great location close to the Old City. Used taxis as needed for trips to sights, costs very reasonable ($8-12 Eu)for four. Would highly recommend
 
First night room on the main street, too noisy; staff moved us to quiet room on an inner courtyard for next three nights.

Welcoming staff, very near to underground train station, quick links to city centre. Would stay there again
 
For a hotel that is deemed to be "4 Star" I though the room was very small. I would have also expected facilities such as a gym.

Excellent location, good restaurant and breakfast, friendely and helpful staff. The price was also very god (internet)
 
I have stayer at this hotel twice. Both times it has been very hot in Vienna and also very hot im my room.
