Hotel Elefant is located in the centre of Auer and offers excellent connections to the town of Bolzano some 16 km to the south. This guesthouse, steeped in 3 centuries of tradition, is the ideal starting point from which to make numerous daily trips in the nearby surroundings.
The 7 single and 25 double rooms are very modern and come with bathtub or shower, toilet, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone and desk. Non-smoking rooms are also available.
In the excellent restaurant we serve regional and international delicacies, complemented by sophisticated south Tyrolean wines. There is also a cafeteria with homemade cakes and ice specialties.
If you take a look from Auer on the opposite western part of the valley to the east will see the peaks of the Weißhorn and Schwarzhorn mountains, carrying their names from the geologic composition. Our region is rich in varied cultural and sports activities.
