I have to go up on stairway to 6th fl. They don't have petty cash for a large bill.

NOTHING POSITIVE.

HORRIBLE PLACE! THEY BOOKED US IN A HOSTEL ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOM. VERY VERY DIRTY. DIDNT GET A WINK OF SLEEP. PROSTITUTES NEXT DOOR WASN'T HELPING EITHER. WOULD NEVER EVER BOOK VIA THROUGH GUYS.

Near to the station

Hotel is on the fifth floor sharing with other apartments. Hotel surrounded by Cabrette etc. Will not recommend for single women traveler.

Great location, 3mins from station and 10-15mins from Alstadt. Very friendly staff. Has internet which you can use for free

The location means its noisy but shutting windows means most of noise is elimanted. There is no printer at the hotel, but their sister hotel, Hotel Mondial which is just over the road does and things can be sent to there to be picked up (useful for online check-in for boarding passes etc...)

Very friendly staff, good location if it's needed to have to travel every day by train - 3 minutes walk from central station. I was told by colleagues that it is the "red area", but haven't seen anything more than just few sexshops.. Good breakfast

Very loud heating system (vater circulates loudly in heater usually during the nights)..

It was good even though it was at a second site that was not in the hotel description. Very friendly staff. Free internet access. Good breakfast buffet.

Too much noice from the street outside the hotel. The windows could have been better isolated. A little too loudly from other rooms.

For an inexpensive hotel this is very good. The room was very high quality for a budget hotel, the reception staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast and servers were top notch. Would use again myself and recommend to anyone arriving at main train station
