Positive The service at the hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff cannot do enough to make your stay special. The neighbourhood is close to all major attractions yet it whisper quiet at night.

Positive The staff at the front was very helpful and extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to assist my husband and I in finding our lost baggage and contacted the airline for us several times. Negative We were told we got a room upgrade and in reality we just did not get the room that we expected or paid for. We were supposed to have a nice view and not a terrace view but that what we ended up getting and it was a little disappointing.
