Rooms to the back are ok. Breakfast is ok

Rooms to the front (main road) unacceptably noisy - sleeping is impossible. Rooms to the front are in a very poor shape. Check-out process takes forever. Overall impression is rather two-star than three-star

The room was comfortable. The bathtub was deep so you could really sink yourself in after a day of sightseeing. It was wonderful. The bed was also quite comfortable. I cannot comment on the food as I ate at the cafes next door.

The view was terrible. I could only see the building 2 meters away from my window and could not see the sky or anything outside. Also, the noise from the hallway was loud with doors slamming.

The location is very good both for transport links and bars/restaurants. The room was very comfortable and a good size. I didn't eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food.

There was a slight background rumble from the Metro which is close by.

I enjoyed the Lindt chocs offered on reception. The Roger Gallet soap was very nice.

The breakfast was nice but too expensive for the food that was offered. The room was very clean but there was a long hair on my pillow when I took the coverlet off! I think it must have been stuck under the coverlet. The jacuzzi bath is nice but there was no facility to have a proper shower.

This hotel is one-step far from Metro station and 4-stop far from downtown Paris. Small and warm for short stay. There is a restaurant near the street corner which serves fantastic French food. some room of the hotel are very quiet while some other room facing the street are noisy and bright at night. Staff are nice and helpful.

Room is small as usual for Paris. Not suitable for long-term stay. Breakfast is simple.

The hotel was rather cosy and very clean. Hot water (shower etc.) and drainage were also very impressive and up to a very satisfactory level.

The window in my room did not shut properly, which could be repaired. Better selection of mini-bar would be appreciated (eg. sparkling water and diet coke). Elevator system was rather comlicated, and it takes time to understand.

It's a nice comfortable hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient for getting the metro to the SAP BOBJ office in Levallois. There is a great selection of quality tea for breakfast.

The bathroom was like a little corridor - only suitable for a small sized woman (like myself!). I was disturbed during the night, by tapping and dripping noises that I assumed were faulty pipes. The staff immediately looked into it, however it may have just been heavy rainfall. In the evening, it was not possible to get a hot meal or even a hot drink in the hotel. There were no English channels on the TV.
