Staff were very friendly and helpful.Facilities were good.
Price of hotel was nearly twice as expensive as other 4-star hotels of similar standard (in euro land countries such as Germany or Spain)

Very well maintained, clean and nice atmosphere with a lot of wood. Friendly, personable staff. Free internet.
Room window could not be opened and aircondition could not be adjusted well, resulting in too warm and dry air in the room.

Perfect location, Perfect room, very good price-accomodation ratio, my in-laws were provided with a suite room although we made no such request, very silent, very clean, staff very competant.
No high-chair and additional mattress for my infant was provided in my room even for a couple of hours although I asked for it several times. The water closet was broken suddenly and it was repaired when I informed the staff, the housekeeping made no note of it.
