Welcome to Hotel Congress in Vienna. Our hotel enjoys a very central location, only a few metres away from the Belvedere Palace and the southern railway station (Südbahnhof). The Vienna State Opera is also only a few minutes away. Our hotel is suitable for both business travellers and tourists and offers a comfortable accommodation near the city centre.

We provide 75 modern rooms which are equipped with shower, hair dryer, satellite TV, internet connection, mini-bar, telephone and radio. In our restaurant we serve a copious breakfast buffet.

Our guests have the possibility to surf the internet via WLAN in the E-Lounge or to use the internet terminal. If you require a WLAN card you can get one at the reception on request. We are looking forward to your visit!

Parking spaces are provided in the public multi-storey car park. We also offer garage cards at a discount price depending on the availability and upon prior arrangement at the reception. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays parking is possible free of charge. Please refer to our staff.

I have left !!!
 
The room was too hot. Easily up around the 50 degree centrigrade mark. I asked for AC or a fan and was told nothing was available. The bathroom was ridiculously small. I had to literally squeeze through the opening for the shower door. It was so obvious that they had squeezed absolutely the most rooms out of the given space.

Classic 3 star hotel. Great location near downtown and subway! Great breakfast with fried or scrammbled eggs and bacon or traditional! Friendly staff! Very clean! Free WiFi! Hot water in the morning! We recommend the apartment on the 4th floor!

Early check in was requested and given which was very useful for me. Convinient bus connection to RBOS, Wien.
 
Room was very close to main road, so it was noisy.

Hotel was a 20 minute walk from town centre, rooms were nicely furnished. Some people complained that the room was noisey; I brought ear plugs and had no problems at all. Breakfast was fine and the staff pleasant.
 
We asked for two single beds and were given two single mattresses on a double-bed frame - not really any different than sharing a double bed. Otherwise, great for the price.

Position of hotel is OK. Breakfast is OK.
 
Incompetence and unfriendlness of reception stuff. Reception stuff is untidy. Bill issue lasts 40 min. My wallet was stolen during breakfast. After reporting to reception there ws no reaction on it!!!

The Hotel was located at a big street entering the city of Vienna. It was very noisy. Since it was very hot and no air conditioning was avialable we had to sleep with open windows. The nose made it essentially impossible to sleep.

I could check in at 10 o'clock in the morning as soon as I arrived, got a double room for the price of a single (I had booked a single but they had some free doubles) and could even choose between two in different parts of the building. I also got a non-smoking room as I had requested although i booked just the day before.
