When we arrived at hotel we where told they had no rooms for us. They said they had tried phoning and left emails. I received none. They phoned another hotel and got rooms for us there. As we we're traveling with my elderly mother we were not to impressed with the situation .

The facilities are a good value for the price, but the staff are really great and the breakfast is on a par with places much pricier. (We almost cancelled after seeing the reviews that their sister hotel, Wittelsbach, got on some sites - and we're glad we didn't.)
Really nothing -- it's low-budget, but they give you good value for your money.

clean and quiet room with reasonable rate
If you are expecting a hotel, this is not the place. No refrigerator, no internet service (the hotel description says it does have internet connectivity in the room, but it doesn't and it still charges 5 euros per day), and no room service except for daily cleaning.

enjoyed our stay very clean rooms always a good thing when white bedding/linen used you can tell its spotless
thought toilet was very pokey(we were in room 418)we had asked for non smoking room but the room we were given stank of cigerettes tea/coffee making facilities could be provided

The hotel was very quiet, the location is excellent. The staff is friendly.
The coffee at breakfast came from a Tchibo maschine, but tasted badly; also the black tea bags were no better choice, they were the cheapest available. The light in the bath room was too dark. The position of the TV is too high.

Our double room was adequate but we would have liked drawers for some items but only had a wardrobe. One or two persons complained that their single rooms were too dark. Overall though everyone thought it was good value for money. The location was very good too. On a return trip would like to stay there again.
