Nobody in the reception from 20.00h. to help you if card to go into the room doesn't work or to ask for something. To much light through the window, you can not sleep.

Very clean hotel, ideal for a short stay in the town. Very close to station and to tram and bus routes to anywhere in the region. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

We had some problems at first over the recording of our booking, but these were overcome and we happily accepted apologies from the very concerned staff.

We found this hotel to be very clean. It was ideally located near the Haupbonhof, which was wonderful for us and the breakfast was very good & had a nice selection of food.

The receptionists are very nice with smiles. Also, although the hotel is situated near the main train station, the environment is very quiet.

No lifts(for large and heavy luggage carriers it's a major problem).
