The 300 hotel rooms were completely renovated to please even the most demanding guests. The elegant rooms are exquisitely furnished in a contemporary classical style and they are equipped with all modern amenities. The rooms provide WIFI internet connection and comfortable, exclusively designed beds of high quality.

People at the reception,bartenders ,concierge were helpful and friendly.
 
In the middle of the night noise (loud talk) from the neighbouring room was disturbing. Breakfast room could have been cleaner and service more attentive. Not from walking distance from any sight seeing , shopping and cafe . We have chosen this hotel to be near to Vatican and Vatican Museum,it wasn't.

Was not sure upon booking this hotel (it doesn't present itself and is certainly not a romantic get-away) but went with it for lack of alternatives. However, we liked it in the end. Location good (walking distance to everything incl. Metro for easy access to Termini and thus aiports, yet not in the the too touristy area, i.e. it is near where Romans go shopping and dining). However, I wouldn't call it the "heart" of Rome. Breakfast room crowded, food average but at least there was a change from day to day. Reception staff ranged from nice to just aloof/arrogant. Mixed patronage from all over the world, unfortunately I found the bar uninviting and simply too expensive (12 Euros for a beer and a Baileys...) to mingle. This hotel is not worth 350 Euros a night (as posted in the room) but the 110 - 160 we paid for a normal night are god value for a decent, troublefree and decent accommodation (220 for New Year's Eve was pushing it a bit). To experience Rome, there are plenty other opportunuties and in the end we found it good to have a rest from all its tourist "exploitations"....
