The hotel Chassalla was built in 1991 and serves as a hotel in Kassel since then. The city is located in North Hesse close to the border of Lower Saxony. After Erfurt and Göttingen, Kassel is furthermore the most centrally situated metropolis in Germany. Enjoy an attractive stay at a central and at the same time tranquil place.
The whole house provides a modern and contemporary furnishing and all the features of a comfort hotel. The modern guest rooms are equipped with shower or bathtub, hair-dryer, TV, telephone, internet access and work space with desk.
Our house is also known as a skilled partner fo conferences, trainings and all sorts of functions. We provide representative premises for up to 60 people. Eqipment and decor of the climatised rooms can of course be adjusted to your individual needs.

+ breakfast was quite nice (and was included)
+ room was not facing the main road -> quiet
+ spacy room
+ as i was checking in late i actually got a call from the front desk, confirming if i would be able to check in during reception hours or later (so they could prepare my key to be deposited) -> they actually do take care of you ;-)
+ way better than the weird art hotel i stayed at last year in kassel....
- reception closes at 11pm, so you should check in earlier than that (otherwise there is some key-deposit-possibility which involves calling the owners via cellphone or so...)
- unfortunately not that close to the train station (but you can use a streetcar to get there i guess...)
- parking space is a bit small when the hotel is fully booked (and you're driving a large car...)
