Recently restored in its original Art Deco style and ambience, it provides not only genuine period surroundings but also all the comfort and facilities required in the world of today. The rooms are spacious with beautiful warm-coloured furnishings, classical furniture and exquisite marble period bathrooms restored down to the smallest detail. They feature TV, desk and private bathroom as well as many other amenities.

"We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently (as well as several other languages that we witnessed). The room was clean, light, spacious and charmingly furnished in keeping with the hotel's Art Deco style, as was also the marble lined bathroom and deep bath. The hotel supplies a delightful complimentary afternoon tea every day, complete with a selection of delicate local cakes and, if wanted, a glass of port or local liqueur."
