For the value of money and the location in the city center this hotel is reasonable, but not good or excellent.
The only negative things I could find is the staff was not able to get the wifi to work and there were no English stations on the TV. Not that it bothered me, but this hotel is in a red light district.

Cheap and clean Hotel, near Centre of Toulouse.
Rooms simple but clean. Traditional French building (floors not 100% horizontal..)
Internet(F.O.C.) and televison Oke..
No Bar inside hotel. Available at 300 meters from hotel
