"Pleasant staff, especially the restaurant manager a lovely, friendly man with a young helper trying very hard to please. A simple basic but perfectly clean room on 1st floor, no Florence view from room (just neighbouring buildings) but quite a view from the lobby and breakfast room on 4th floor. Beds aren't too long so if you're tall, bear it in mind or maybe ask for a room with long beds!"
