Positive Good location, walking distance to city centre, Bastille and Canal St. Martin. Plenty of good restaurants and bars very close by. Area felt very safe and gave a different and rich view on Paris. Negative Could hear every conversation of the guests in the next room. Bathroom in bad shape (broken hangers, toilet seat not fixed) and very small. Strong oil smell in the hallways. No ventilation in the bathroom (or not working). Bed uneven.

Positive The bed was clean and the hotel was quiet. Negative The bathroom sink was dirty, on the first morning there wasn't any hot water in the shower, the company address wasn't on the invoice and apparently couldn't be printed with it on it. Do you need me to carry on?
