Very very very friendly and polite staff; good room with very nice bathroom, earplugs provided for noise protection as room was facing a big road; good breakfast.

This is a wonderful place to stay and walking distance to Allstadt. Local train/bus is just across the street. The hotel staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. We arrived very early due to our 7:30am flight arrival, but the staff held our bags and let us park. We went sightseeing until 1pm when our room was ready. Normally rooms are not available until at least 2pm and normally 3pm. Breakfast was great. Wish we could have stayed another day, but wanted to visit many more places in Germany.

Very nicely decorated room -- very clean, well stocked. Extremely helpful, friendly staff! Great location, close to pedestrian zone!

our 1st floor room COULD be affected by street noise in the summer/warm weather, we were not affected because it was cool outside and we had the windows closed at night (very well insulated windows) which blocked street noise.

Lovely hotel in a very good location close to the city centre.

We had a room on the 4th (top) floor, whilst immaculate it was small with a sloping ceiling and a skylight (the room had no other windows). This was okay for a 2 night stay, but too small for a longer stay.

The hotel location is quite central.

Finding a parking space is rather difficult and to find the hotel parking, one needs a guide. Tram noise is very loud so one needs to close the windows but since the rooms are not air-conditioned this in turn gives you sleepless nights during hot summers.

The location is very good and easy to get to on the bus from the main train station. The rooms were nice, especially the bathrooms.

Breakfast not included and doesn't start until 7am on Saturdays. The trams and the people on the street make for a very noisy night if you stay on that side of the building.

It is very convenient especially for those who do not drive. 5mins to the Haupt Strasse & many restaurants and supermarkt are nearby too.

May not be suitable for Summer stay as there is no air-con in the room. The room facing the road, can be quite noisy in the night.
