Nothing

The room was too hot and the heat would not turn off properly. When the window was open there was noise 24hrs a day so sleeping was very difficult. The staff smoked in front of the hotel all evening so it was difficult to leave without passing through a cloud of smoke.

Stayed for 2 days here, good hotel , very accessible, Taxi charged me 10 EUR from the railway station. Right opposite to the lake and right next to the metro station. very accessible.

There was some noise in the night which was alittle distrubing. A collegue from the other room told me it was from a old clock which they had on the roof.

Very good address if one wants to stay by the lake combined with an acceptable price. Very good breakfast buffet.

No parking facilities of the hotel - public parking facility 200 m away.

I had stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago, I liked it then because I stayed in the lake facing room, it was beautiful and memorable. That's why I stayed here again but this time I stayed in the city facing room. Well, it's a chance to compare the two different view. I intend, however, to stay at this hotel on my next visit and definitely will ask for an upgrade to lake facing room. Other reasons for coming back again to stay at this hotel are an excellent location, an affordable rate and comfortable all round.

Very satisfactory. I stopped in Lausanne to enjoy a day by lakeside on a train journey back from S. Italy. This was perfect for that. A huge bonus was smoking accepted in restaurant!!

The location is superb, with the hotel being right in the centre of Ouchy and in front of the lake.

The bed was quite small. The TV was located high up in an inconvenient position. The shower was congested and small, with the soap dispenser located at an inconvenient position. The breakfast was quite limited. Overall, the hotel is an average.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very good, excellent views. Position in the centre of Ouchy convenient for boats and walking.

Some roadworks associated with the new metro taking place outside but due to be finished this Summer.
