Staff was extremely co-operative there was one Moroccan guy who was at the registration desk. Unfortunately I don't remember his name.. but he was very curteous and helpful.
The wi-fi didn't work and there was no way to use the internet except the hotel lobby.

Just wanted to say how friendly and helpful the staff was to me when I locked my suitcase and lost the key.they got it taken care of right away,as I so needed to get some things out of the suitcase. When my shower leaked, they also took care of that immediately, and always brought plenty of towels. They also helped me with my mobile phone questions for calls overseas.

The owner and staff are all friendly, helpful and accomodating. The owner recently purchased the hotel and had his hands full trying to get it fully operational.
We had to upgrade to a larger room as the doubles are very small. The shower stalls were too small and didn't accomodate the water without spilling over into the rest of the bathroom.

we went on a business trip and stayed here, all we needed was wireless internet that never worked during our stay. we asked for separate beds but the space between beds were only 10 cm.
