The hotel is very close to Messe Berlin (20 minutes of walking to the main entry) and also has the U-Bahn station in the very close neighborhood. Breakfast was nice and bathrooms extremly clean.
The flooring in my room was creaking on each step I made. Also papery walls allow each noise to enter in. You need to ask for a room with safe windows, otherwise it becomes pretty cold during the night.
