the reception staff was extremely friendly, recommended nice restaurants in sienna and wonderful excursions! we booked the room through internet and as soon we arrived and had a look at the hotel we extended our stay, it was so beautiful.

Dear Sirs, I would say that the hotel is very good and nice place to have a rest in Siena. It is only one kilimeter from the historic center, so we even did not need a car. Also, the hotel has got a really very good restaurant and we could enjoy the food being not far from our accomodation place.
