Hotel Anna Amalia Weimar is a family-run hotel with 53 rooms, peacefully yet centrally situated in the historic Old Town of Weimar. All attractions are located within easy walking distance.
We offer you the classic single and double rooms, single and double rooms with French style beds, junior suites and apartments. The modern rooms are comfortably furnished and provide the comforts that the sophisticated guest would expect.
We will be glad to reserve our conference room for your conferences and seminars. It can seat up to 30 persons and boasts modernist state-of-the-art technology. Sit back and let the day fade away on our private terrace while enjoying a glass of wine.
Apart from the Bauhaus-University Weimar the town also houses the Liszt School of Music and the Duchess Anna Amalia Library. Weimar has been the home to luminaries such as Bach, Herder, Goethe and Schiller. The town was also the centre of the Bauhaus movement and gives its name to the Weimar Republic, the first republic in Germany.
