The three-star Hotel Amenity enjoys a convenient location with easy access to public transport in Munich- Mittersendling. The Theresienwiese (the venue of the Oktoberfest) and the places of interest in the city centre are all nearby. There is a station of the suburban train and the metro some 500 m away.

Our modern and friendly rooms invite you to settle in and relax in a quiet, informal atmosphere. The amenities include bathtub or shower, toilet, hair-dryer, safe, mini bar, satellite TV, telephone, internet access, WLAN, radio and desk.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang sowie im Frühstücksraum, Zimmer OK
 
Eine Stelle im Zimmer war nicht ordentlich gereinigt (der Rest war ok, aber diese Stelle wurde offenbar von der Reinigungskraft systematisch übersprungen)

This hotel was good as far as distance, price, and accommodation for the price. The rooms were a bit smaller than we were used to but it was not falsely advertised on consulting sites. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful with providing restaurants and the like. Good stay for enjoying the local festivities and delicious fare.
 
There was not very much circulation/airflow which made it stuffy and smelled a bit stale. The towels we used smelled stale and unpleasant even after having our room serviced/linens changed. This hotel is honestly fine for a single man traveling but if I were to recommend it to a female I'd tell her to bring her own towel. This is a huge detractor for the latter.

Nice hotel, and VERY helpful and pleasent owners who also works there. Very pleasant place to stay, I really do recommend it. Not very cheap, but it depends on what time of year you visit.
 
Nothing negative at all really.
