The staff were friendly (but incompetent).

The shower drain did not work on the first night. I could not finish my shower, as water started to flood the bathroom. The problem was fixed in the next day after I made a complaint. I spent 3 nights in this hotel. There was no remote control for the TV. I complained EVERY DAY about it, but they did NOT take any action at all. Very disappointing indeed. It was not possible to watch TV without a remote control, as the buttons on the TV did not work either. A bath towel was available on the first 2 nights, but on the 3rd day they only provided 2 small towels (for the floor) and no bath towel. Very disorganized.

Bright clean room and friendly helpful staff. They changed my room to one with 2 beds which was better for my daughter. This was not a problem for them.

The geographical position is very good for all travellers who want to see the city walking and who like to take a train to see all the cities close to Nice or to archeological places towards Italy.
