The man at the reception needs a little training on how to deal with guests, especially, in cases when the establishment is at fault. Guests should be informed in advance if requested room is not available especially if booking was done 10 days before check-in and not by checking in !

Friendly staff. Although in St Pauli, location is fine. Room was well heated, the safe (free of use) was a bit old but working fine. 5 minutes walk from St Pauli metro station. If you're looking for a place to stay for one or two nights, and do not need a big and luxus room, then that's a good choice. I will certainly come back.

The single room I had was a bit small, but otherwise I cannot think of any other "negative" comment.

Modernes sauberes Bad. Relativ zentrale Lage.

Die Flure im Hotel werden renoviert: "frisch gestrichen", abgehobelte Türen, schmutzige Böden - nicht sehr einladend. Wenige Lichquellen im Zimmer - nur zwei kleine Lampen, keine Deckenlampe die Licht spendet. Laut. Nicht gemütlich. Keine Klimaanlage.
