Very close to Venice. With bus+vaporetto it takes 30min to get to San Marco (about 15min bus to Venice station then 15min with the vaporetto).
Friendly staff and convenient prices.
Payment is done at check in (but not advertised on the announcement).
There is a church nearby so in the morning you wake up by the sound of the church bells.
The hotel is more like a youth hostel but upgraded with all needed to have a pleasant stay.
