Fantastic location. Close to everything, although it is fortunately off the tourist strip. Friendly helpful staff, but not overbearing and happy to point you in the direction of more interesting parts of Venice. Room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and it even had a fridge:) Highly recommended.

Perfect location in the center of Venice, 5 min from Rialto bridge and also from St. Marks square, but in a very quiet side street.
Very clean and well kept house.
Bathroom and air conditioning worked well, with enough hot water and good water pressure.
For an italian hotel of that category, the breafast was very rich, with rolls, preserves, butter, nutella, cheese, mortadella, salami, brioche, croissant, cake, cereals, juice, milk, coffe, capuccino, and they even served scrammbled eggs.
Staff very friendly and helpfull.
We paid in average 135€ per night incl. breakfast, which is very low for the quality provided.
Best hotel we ever had in Venice (this was trip number 6!).
Only one thing was not so great: the closet in the room was a bit small for 2 people with clothes to change for 4 days.

The hotel is in a great location close to San Marco square. Everything is very clean and the owners and staff very professional and friendly. The air conditioner worked very well and is very quiet. Would stay there again.
Too expensive - as everything in Venice.
