Ideal if you drive by car, save parking area in front of the hotel. Very close to the trainstation, lots of connections to Venezia, save area of Mestre.We did not have breakfast at the hotel but at a bar around the corner, very good cappuccino cheap price. The room was rather small but perfectly ok for a short stay. Very clean, nicely puristic and modern furnished, good bathroom installations, our room had a very high roof what was nice. Staff was not especially fiendly but pragmatically helpfull.
