The hotel in close proximity to Rome historical center on foot or you may use Rome Metro station Barberini (Line A). Price level is fair enough.
By July 2012 the Hotel requires immediate facilities fix-up. Many things like shelves, floor tiles in bathroom, bathroom itself are broken however still functional. We had a look at couple rooms to choose and both had bath area full of black mold... second floor hard to reach with heavy luggage or stroller due to tight ladder with no lifts. Hotel has no restaurant, neither coffee room nor even kettle in your room. Breakfast served as room service only due to this issue, only at predefined time and extremely poor. You might consider there is no breakfast at all. Hotel WIFI network didn´t work with my iPad. Also you might experience problem talking to hotel personal in English because some staff has poor English the rest doesn´t at all. The Hotel might be recommended for those who need only a place to sleep over night and leaving for whole day.

Great Location! Right in the crnter of Roma! The price is fantastic considering the location. Staff is very welcoming and u feel like home.
Very strange entrance to the hotel. No signs indicating it's even there!
Breakfast is served in the room (no dinning area)and there is only 1 chair...
But again - Location is fantastic!

The staff of Italian hotel together with hotel.de team helped me very much when i was forced to decrease my stay in Rome; price for the hotel wasn't changed So, during my stay in Rome, hotel staff was ready to reply for any questions. Somebody from reception in the hotel was available 24 hours (this is very important)

Very helpful and friendly staff, Concierge also speaks german. Fantastically centrally located, Price is more than fair for this location.
Despite main road rooms are calm. Inconspicuously entrance, but easy to find by house number.
Yacuzzi Tub out of order, but that is no big issue.
