In order to book several different room categories they have to be booked individually one after the other.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful; Chef Ceasar Allen was very attentive to our problem and very professional. Rooms should have either a stocked bar or refrigerator, needs updating for the price.
Bar staff seems disinterested in their customers (slow to offer service) and much more interested in their personal visitors seated at the left end of the bar (witnessed this same thing on two different days and shifts). At breakfast we were served toast with mold on it; when we complained Chef Ceasar Allen came out and gave us the breakfast on the house. I have been a Priority member for years and years, this is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in and while I'm sorry to give you this feedback, the chain clearly needs to refocus on customers, this one won't be back.
