Location

|
At Hotel.Info breakfast was said to be included. But during check-in I was told it was not. After showing the paper reservation the next morning it was solved, but that should have been done during the check-in the day before.
Room thermostate was broken. Room temp could not be regulated.
Room size on small side. Bathroom in cupboard. |

Good quality hotel (clean, personnal very nice) and very convenient because just in front of the station, and close to 3 subways line.

|
Room expensive. But with a prepaid and in advance reservation, you have a good price. |

good location (near Gare de l'est).

|
Breakfast is a whopping 15 Euros per person. It's cheaper to eat at the Gare de l'est station next door. |

Smallest room I have slept in for some time. Noisy toilets in other rooms, and the strangest lights system, which meant to have any other lighting, the bathroom light had to be on, with noise from the fan. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful with information needed. The hotel is clean and its location is very convenient, giving easy access to the city of Paris

|
The rooms are quite small and sort of O.K. if someone spends only a couple of nights there, but if one wants to spend a longer period of time in Paris, then the space is by far not enough to store luggage and even consider spending time in the room. |

Across from Gare de l'Est, making extremely easy when arriving by train.
Very clean modern bedding/linens.
Staff friendly helpful & competent.

|
Small room.
Passing noises in the hall were clearly audible, however these were infrequent, so not a problem. |
