The location is fine, right downtown in the Kudamm area, close to subway, express buses, etc.The restaurant on the fifth floor has a nice view and is large and open.

The building is badly in need of renovation, with soiled rugs, worn finishings. The rooms are very small mini-TVs and not up to the usual Holiday Inn standards. There's no way this hotel should rate four stars! |

Arrival: garage entrance hardly found. Then: parking places of the hotel signed with a hand drowing on the garage door - like a 3-y-o child. :)
Rooms poor and small.
Breakfast is poor, bad and cold.
It is not a 4* hotel!!!!!!!!! |

I just faced the problem of internet in the room , There should be a wire internet in the room , not only wlan.

We asked for an twin bed room in hotelinfo, but they gave us a room with a double bed. When we told them our preference they changed our room immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful and, when I was cold, they gave me a bottle with hot camomile without extra charge. |

Well situated and clean. Very good for the price we paid. Easy access to public transportation.
Would stay there again.

Very centrally situated. Easy parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lack of juice, youghurt and other items for diabetics at the breakfast table.
In reservation there should be the possibility of ordering such special items. |
