It is strategically located in the heart of Paris' business and shopping districts. Within easy reach of Gare de lEst and Gare du Nord railway stations. Cadet metro station is no more than 100 meters away and takes visitors directly to Les Halles, but worthy of note is the colorful local street market opposite metro Cadet itself; Folies Bergere, the Opera and an abundance of department stores are all just a leisurely walk away. Being a relatively small hotel with only 38 rooms, the atmosphere is friendly and informal, and guests will soon feel at home. No invoice received when leaving, because Computer did not work, but I needed to pay. Invoice still not received.

The staff is very friendly and help us. The metro station Cadet (line n.7) is very near and perfect to move in Paris
The shower is free, there are no covers, so every time you use it you have to play attention for the water going off; it's ideal for young couples not for family.

Tested in June 2010. Room was refurbished, quite spatious regarding Paris standards. Beds were ok although sheets were not fantastic. There was an electrical plug on the wall that was openly showing the electrical wires... yet the price was good: 80 euros per night, without breakfast.
The hotel was close to a subway entry, and the neighborhood is ok.
I arrived late so I had the night shift. They were not competent. They could not find the key to my room, and it took them 45 min to reach someone able to tell them where to find a pass... The bathroom was full of moisture, and the toilet was partially leaking.
