Positive Reasonable rate for downtown Vancouver. Adequate restaurants and services close to property. Very friendly, especially front desk. Upper rooms do have interest views of False Creek, Yaletown, mountains. Negative A tired, older property with awkward, slow, creaky elevators. Only foam pillows (compare Marriott). Overall, could use some sprucing up, although rooms themselves are clean.
