Positive Excellent location within walking distance to shopping restaurants and subway. Excellent dining onsite so there is no need to go out if the weather is not favorable.

Positive this hotel feels like coming home each time I'm there. It's conveniently located in the downtown area and I feel very save and secured during my stay. excellent laundry service too however rather expensive. Negative The elevators can sometimes be very bussy and it may take ages before you get one or to get down to the ground floor. but it's just a minor thing.

Positive very friendly & helpfull staff. breakfast buffet is excellent. the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect!!!! the hotel is very very close to the subway station. even from the airport to the hotel you can easily use public transportation. and it safe Negative the rooms are a bit small. the temperature in the room was hard to maintain at a comfortable level. we had 2 mornings a cold shower.

Positive Location Negative As we were at the rear of the hotel, we experienced noise from industrial fans, possibly related to air con for fhe hotel and other buildings. We needed ear plugs to try and sleep which did help a bit.
