Their service is inconsistent and getting worse. They will give you room for disabled even you are long stay customer (4 weeks). Their promised service for Platinum member always cannot be achieved and actually provide very bad service. The hotel is very old and the facilty is very bad. Their staff attitude is very bad and always think the customer is giving trouble for them. Their receiption is always not enough staff. You need to wait for a long time for check-in and check-out.
I will not suggest my colleagues and friends to stay in this hotel. If you can, please remove this hotel from your list.
