The location is central.
1. The phone did not work - I could not call out nor receive a wake-up call. The staff could not correct the issue during my stay.
2. My room was labeled as non-smoking, but smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke.
3. Upon arrival, the room was very cold and the heater is in an enclosed section along the exterior wall, so heating is very inefficient and takes a long time to warm the room.
4. The internet charges are very high. And, in general, all amenities caused additional charges (internet, breakfast, parking), causing the overall stay to become expensive.

Aufmerksamer Empfang, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Keine Gepäckannahme vom Fahrzeug zum Hotel, Bodenteppiche in der Etage war sehr verschmutzt und fleckig (älter), das Zimmer nur oberflächlich sauber und das Bad teilweise deutlich renov.-bedürftig (Fliesen defekt, keine Dusche - nur Duschwanne...). Vor allem aber zu unserer Nächtigungszeit gegen die Morgenstunden äußerst laut, Türenschlagen, sehr hell, keine ausreichende Dämmungen. Alles in allem keine Empfehlung!!

saubere Zimmer, freundliche Rezeption, für München gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (EUR 72 vorausbezahlt für Einzelzimmer relativ kurzfristig gebucht)
zu Frühstück und Wellness-Einrichtungen kann ich nichts sagen, da nicht in Anspruch genommen
Ich hatte vergessen das "do-not-disturb"-Schild an die Tür zu hängen, so dass um 8.45 Uhr der Room-Service ins Zimmer kam. An sich nicht weiter schlimm, aber 30 Minuten später stürmte der Room-Service erneut mein Zimmer und anstatt leise die Tür zu schliessen wurde die Tür mit einem lauten Knall ins Schloss fallen gelassen. In einem guten Hotel hätte der Room-Service nach dem 1. Mal Stören eigenständig ein Schild an das Zimmer gehängt und insgesamt die Zimmertür leise geschlossen.
