Room was freezing cold and heating did not warm it up. Took nearly 15 minutes to check in as staff were promoting Priority Club cards to everyone checking in.

Staff always tried to help, as heating system went down a support heating system was installed.
 
Glasses in the room were not cleaned well.

Staff were very friendly.
 
There was a problem with the water pressure and boiler on one night, however the problem was actively worked on and was resolved by the next day.

The rooms were very small, to the point that it was difficult to bring in, and maneuver large luggage.
 
The staff serving the restaurant and bar area were very helpful and friendly.
