"The buffet breakfast is nice, not overwhelming slections but something for everyone's taste. If you eat breakfast, get the breakfast in the room rate it is cheaper. I ordered room service dinner on 4 occasions, again varied not overwhelming suggestions. The food was delivered quicker than stated when ordering, I was pleased with all meals. It is not gourmet but it is above average from other hotel expereinces. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Housekeeping was very good. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel, especially for the price compared to others nearby. I was with 2 other colleagues, I stayed in the Holiday Inn and they stayed at the Sheraton."

Be very careful if you have to make a long distance call outside of Canada. My calling card number didn't work and wanted to notify my wife that I arrived safely and say hello to the kids. A 20 minute call from Vancouver to Philadelphia on a Saturday Evening cost $92 ca. That's terrible and there is no notification of what the charges will be anywhere visable in the room.

CWe were at hotelat approx 14h30, c/i staff told us, that rooms arenot avail yet?! due to c/i time at 16h00 i.s.o of normal 15h00?? At 14h55 we approached at c/i desk were we were served by Sabrina, who was very friendly and serviceminded and gave us a room without further discussions. Bell boy very customerminded.
Concierge could be more cusomter-orientated.
Area around hotel not very nice.
